GreenWhisper Shop at Misi
Hello, I hope you're all enjoying a beautiful sunny day... it feels like Summer again!Just a quick post to shamelessly plug my little GreenWhisper Shop at Misi.I've finally got round to listing some of my handmade cards.. just a few for now! It's so very easy to navigate your way around, but I must admit, that after a very early start this morning and an afternoon messing about on the PC, I'm now feeling a bit brain drained, so in need some computer free time.. a nice stroll by the sea should do it..... that sandy salt air is calling me :)Have a lovely evening.........

Thanks for the advice about the yoga DVD. Will try and track that one down. I have Yoga for Absolute Beginners by Susan Fulton but I've no idea if it's good or bad as I have nothing to compare it with. I'm guessing it might not be the best as it was so cheap!
Have just found out that the local yoga class is a "pay as you go" set up so I might give it a whirl just to see what it's like. Still think I'm a loner though ;)
Your Misi store looks great. I'll fave you next time I log in. Need to get mine back up and running as it's been idling over the summer.
Thanks Talie :)
I've not heard of that DVD.. how are you finding it?
the Yoga for Dummies was quite cheap and the content is great, so don't think price is always a reflection of quality ;)
Might be worth giving your local yoga class a go, even just for a few weeks, to help you get the feel for correct physical aligment in the postures x
