Normality resumed!

Hello on this fine misty Day.. twas beautiful waking up first thing and seeing the mist slowly creeping down the mountain side : )

Today I feel a normality (of sorts) is thankfully resumed!
It seems that after the last new moon and during the Autumnal equinox, I have been feeling very strange indeed… fluey but with none of the usual cold symptoms of sore throat etc, just the achy swollen glandy tiredness and a depressed flatness! Sooo have either had a viral infection of sorts, or perhaps it’s to do with the Earths shifting energies and a conscious letting go over the equinox period, that’s caused those detoxifying kind of feelings! Changing with the Season, falling leaves being released along with the release of some old emotions that were clinging to the shadows within ; )

Other than minimal chores and the enjoyable reading of some of your lovely blogs I’ve done very little.. I have slept loads this past week and feel so much better for it.
Funnily… I received a gift of a bright bunch of lavender at the beginning of last week.. divine smells and full of relaxing sleep inducing goodness ♥
