Ah! today I feel a little space has opened up..
amongst the depths of my darkest soul shadows!
Sitting with yesterdays emotions was good for me..
and I feel like an old friend has been with me
guiding me to acknowledge my worth..
subtly reminding me not to listen
to the clawing doubts.. egos whisperings!

when the moon darkens and renews..
